Returns Policy

For Business to Consumer (B2C) Orders 

What Item/s can be Returned ?

- The Buyer may return some or all of the non "special order" Item/s within 14 days of receipt of such Item/s, subject to the below. 

- Special order Item/s (being Item/s that are notified by Rosette Electrical to the Buyer as being special order prior to the order being placed) may not be returned.

- Item/s may only be returned if the are in the same condition complete with with all accessories, parts and packaging as originally supplied by Rosette Electrical to the Buyer.  

How can the Buyer start the Returns Process ?

- In order to start a returns process please write us a brief message on our contact form setting out : the order number, item/s to be returned and the reason for the return. Returns must be pre authorised, please do not return items to us without pre authorisation.

How should a Buyer send a Return ?

- All returns must be sent via a tracked, signed for fully insured postage service, the cost of such postage is the responsibility of the Buyer and will not be refunded.

- All returns must be well packaged to mitigate the risk of damage in transit.

- Any damage during return transit is the responsibility of the Buyer.

- If the Buyer returns the item/s from outside of the UK any import / export taxes and duties are the cost and administrative responsibility of the Buyer, Rosette Electrical will not pay or administrate any such taxes and duties.

What happens when Rosette Electrical receive a Return ?

- Upon receipt of a Return as set out above, Rosette Electrical will inspect the item/s within 14 days. If the Returned item/s are in compliance with this Returns Policy Rosette Electrical will refund to the buyer the original purchase price less any shipping costs incurred by Rosette Electrical. 

- If the returned Item/s are not in the same condition, with all accessories, parts and packaging as originally supplied by Rosette Electrical to the Buyer, Rosette Electrical reserves the right to refuse the return in which case Rosette Electrical will send the goods back to the Buyer (additional fees will apply) or Rosette Electrical at their sole discretion may elect to keep the item and charge a repair / restocking fee.
